One-Time Fix Service
For our One-Time Fix service, we do not offer any refunds after the service is delivered. Once the service is provided and the issue is resolved, we consider the service completed. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds for our One-Time Fix service.
Yearly Service
Once you sign up for our yearly support service and later change your mind and want to downgrade or cancel it, you can request it within 30 days from the date of purchase. After 30 days, we will not take any request to downgrade or cancel your service.
In case of downgrading or cancelling the yearly service, you will have to pay a one-time service fee for the service provided to you. The one-time service fee will be up to $149.99, with the downgrading/cancellation fee of $99.99
Software Purchase
We do not offer refunds for software purchases made through Tane Innovative Concepts LLC. Once the software is installed and used by the customer, it is considered delivered and cannot be refunded.
Natural Calamity
We do not offer refunds for services or products affected by natural calamities such as earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, or other force majeure events.
Cancellation Fee for One-Time Fix Service
If you decide to cancel our One-Time Fix service before we deliver the service, we will charge you a cancellation fee of up to $99. This fee covers our administrative and processing costs associated with cancelling the service.
